You can practice with things like your likes and dislikes, what to wear, what to eat, or what you want to do this evening. Chances are, everything will turn out fine. I personally started with deciding on simple things like my favorite color, animal, video game, and food. Once I started picking my favorite things, the answers seemed fairly obvious to anyone who knew me well.
I had a better understanding of who I was and I started to believe that I could make the right decisions for me. Practice making simple decisions without over-analyzing and see if your confidence increases.
